Engineering and Manufacturing
What’s your role in the business?
My initial priority is to streamline the project process and facilitate better teamworking.
Working alongside Sam, we’re digging deep into the projects. We’re confident that with better planning and communication, we can really simplify and improve the process. Better alignment will mean faster, easier project delivery.
I'll also be working on building strong relationship with our suppliers and subcontractors. It's a key priority to form strong, sustainable partnerships.
What did you do before Powerstar?

I’ve been here 5 weeks and focused on getting conversant with our product range, processes and organisation. We have a lot of great strengths as a business and its my job to make sure we capitalise on them.
