Site Engineer
Orion is partnered with a fast-paced manufacturing business based near Needham Market. We are recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer to join the team.
Salary: £42,000 - £46,000 DOE
Site Engineer Package:
- Competitive Salary £42,000 - £48,000
- On call system (£165 to hold the phone for a week, normal hourly rate for week days, time and a half for Saturdays and double time for Sundays)
- Varied site-based work

Site Engineer Shifts:
3 tier shift rotation DAYS ONLY: 8am – 5pm:
Week 1: 7x days on 2x days off
Week 2: 3x days on 2x days off
Week 3: 5x days on 2x days off
Site Engineer responsibilities:
- Servicing biomass boilers
- Maintaining industrial boiler systems
- Maintenance of hydraulics, valves, steam lines, pumps etc..
- General routine PPMs site wide
Site Engineer required Experience:
- Mechanical Qualification
- BOAS – would be advantageous
- 5 years in manufacturing/Industrial setting
- Basic welding experience would be beneficial
- All applicants should have experinece with boiler maintenanc
- Must have experience with compressors, boilers, chillers, cooling, refrigeration plants, pumps motors etc..
