Rate: £13.43 per hour (PAYE)
Employment Type: 6‑Month Contract

Location: High Wycombe

Hours: Monday - Thursday: 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm. Friday: 7am-12pm or 8am-1pm

If you enjoy hands‑on work, assembling quality products, and being part of a supportive team, this is a fantastic opportunity!

As a Production Operative, you’ll play a key part in bringing high‑performance water purification systems to life. Your role will include:

• Assembling a full range of mechanical products
• Fitting tubing with precision
• Packing and documenting all products to company standards
• Using your assembly background — electro/mechanical, mechanical, or production assembly

The ideal Production Operative will bring:

• Experience within a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of tools and assembly processes (no formal qualifications required!)
• Good manual dexterity
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and great attention to detail
• The ability to work well within a team while also using your initiative
