Junior Buyer

Salary: Up to £38k DOE
Contract: Full-time, Permanent / Graduate Programme

Are you a recent graduate looking to launch your career in a fast‑paced, innovative, and growth‑driven environment? We’re looking for a motivated Junior Buyer to join our team and build a strong foundation across planning, logistics, procurement, and operations.

As a Supply Chain Graduate, you’ll rotate across key areas of the supply chain, gaining hands‑on experience and developing the critical skills needed to progress into a specialist or leadership role. You’ll work closely with experienced teams, contribute to real business projects, and drive improvements that make a tangible impact.

• Supporting demand planning, forecasting, and inventory optimisation
• Assisting with supplier management, procurement activities, and cost analysis
• Working with logistics partners to improve delivery performance
• Contributing to continuous improvement projects across the supply chain
• Using data and analytics to support decision‑making and improve processes
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth end‑to‑end operations

• A recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
• Strong Excel and data skills (bonus if experienced with ERP systems)
• Passion for supply chain and a drive to build a long‑term career in the industry
