A leading aerospace technology company is seeking a Senior Antenna Design Engineer to join their dynamic team working on cutting-edge avionics and antenna systems.

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the full lifecycle of antenna development—from concept and simulation to prototyping and verification. You’ll be working on a diverse range of Communication, Navigation, and Identification antennas designed for demanding aerospace environments.

• Lead and support bids, concept development, and proposal generation
• Design and test advanced antenna and RF products
• Perform electromagnetic simulations and performance optimization
• Conduct requirements analysis and generate technical documentation
• Support formal testing, qualification, and design reviews
• Contribute to the development of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and associated software

• Degree-qualified in a relevant engineering discipline
• Strong theoretical and practical RF experience
• Deep understanding of antenna theory and transmission line principles
• Experience with electromagnetic solvers (e.g., CST MWS, FEKO, HFSS)
• Skilled in using RF test equipment (VNAs, Spectrum Analysers)
• Desirable: experience in antenna test ranges, anechoic chambers, and RF/microwave circuit design
• Proficient in MS Office and general PC skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to identify priorities and coordinate tasks effectively
