Do you thrive in customer-facing roles and enjoy managing complex projects with precision and professionalism? If so, this opportunity could be the perfect fit.

This is a dynamic and hands-on position within a well-established electronics manufacturing business. You’ll be the primary point of contact for a select group of customers, managing their orders from initial placement through to final shipment. This includes:

• Handling customer purchase orders
• Coordinating with procurement and stores teams
• Liaising with production and engineering departments
• Ensuring timely updates and delivery against customer schedules

Some travel within the UK and occasionally abroad may be required. A clean driving license is essential.

• Proven experience managing customer accounts in a manufacturing setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commercial awareness, especially around revenue and margin impact
• Confidence in negotiation and influencing senior stakeholders
• Experience using MRP systems and managing complex customer orders
• High attention to detail and ability to sense-check commercial data
• A background in electronics manufacturing or a closely related field

• Hours: Monday–Thursday 08:00–16:30, Friday 08:00–13:00
• Holiday: 5 weeks bank holidays (including Christmas shutdown), with additional days for long service
• Pension: Auto-enrolment with 5% employee and 3% employer contributions
