Production Engineer

An opportunity to work for a ground-breaking engineering business whose products are reaching new heights within engineering and technology. As a result of ever-growing demand and complexity of projects, they are looking to partner with an experienced Production Engineer. 

As the Production Engineer you will take the lead on: 

• Implement and drive a LEAN mindset and culture into the production floor 
• Work with Production Management and Team leaders to identify, record & reduce rework in all areas of manufacturing processes
• Create and update ECN’s and undertake output actions
• Lead on specific continuous improvement programmes to support production 

You should apply as you can demonstrate: 

• Strong electrical and mechanical production experience 
• Proven track record in LEAN principles and continuous improvement techniques
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems
