Location: Portsmouth

Salary: Up to £19.90 per hour (PAYE), £26.55 per hour (Umbrella) or up to £38,287 perm salary

Job Type: Contract or Perm

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Welder to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment based in Portsmouth. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced welder with a strong background in aluminium welding, particularly within precision fabrication and high-spec environments.

• TIG & MIG welding in a manufacturing environment
• Welding and fabrication of aluminium components (with some stainless and mild steel work)
• Working from technical drawings and specifications
• Maintaining high standards of quality and consistency in all welds

• Proven experience in aluminium TIG & MIG welding
• Ideally coded welder, or a strong level of hands-on experience to an equivalent standard
• Experience within a fast-paced manufacturing or engineering environment
• Ability to work efficiently, proactively, and with a high level of attention to detail
