We’re looking for a driven Production Supervisor to lead a high‑performing electromechanical manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands‑on environment, enjoys developing people, and takes pride in delivering efficient, high‑quality production output.
Key Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor- Lead and support a team of 10 production staff.
- Manage KPIs, appraisals, training needs, and SOP compliance.
- Oversee daily workflow, scheduling, and production planning.
- Maintain quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Ensure all Health & Safety procedures and equipment requirements are met.
- Proven experience supervising in a production/manufacturing environment.
- Strong people‑management and organisational skills.
- Electromechanical or technical assembly background essential.
- MRP experience beneficial.
- Holiday allowance increases with each year of service, up to 25 days.
- Stable day‑shift role, Monday to Friday.
