Production Operative

Location: Thame
Salary: £12.50 per hour (rising to £13.55 after training)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (37.5-hour week)

We are looking for a Production Operative to join our team in Thame. This is a hands-on role working in the manufacturing industry with a fantastic working environment. See the details below and apply to find out more about the role!

Key Responsibilities:

• Hand-finishing and assembly of parts to customer specifications
• Cleaning, foiling, wrapping, and packaging components
• Spray painting and applying specialist gaskets
• Final inspection and preparation for dispatch
• Accurate completion of paperwork and MRP system entries

What We’re Looking For:

• Good dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous production experience is an advantage
• Positive attitude and commitment to quality
