Salary: £13.50 - £14 per hour

Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:00am -4:00pm (Overtime Available)

About the role of the Production Operative

This production operative job is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working with small components, following processes carefully, and maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities and Duties for Production Operative:

• Clean and prepare parts before coating
• Mask components using small tools and materials
• Inspect finished work under a microscope to ensure quality
• Remove masking materials and prepare parts for the next stage
• Handle parts safely following ESD and cleanroom procedures
• Keep your work area organised and follow safety guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

• Comfortable working with small components (some microscope work involved)
• Has good attention to detail and enjoys hands-on work
• Can follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Works well in a team and is reliable and punctual
• Is willing to follow cleanroom and safety procedures
