We are recruiting a Mechanical Design Engineer for an innovative automotive manufacturing company in Witney. With more than half of their products shipped worldwide, the growth of this business has opened up a new role within their Design team to work on both new and legacy products.

The responsibilities of the new Mechanical Design Engineer will include:

• Produce new designs for assemblies and production drawings
• Work closely with CNC and Assembly teams
• Work closely with Engineering teams to develop designs and move them into production
• Writing up of Bill of Materials and accompanying documentation
• Build prototypes using 3D scanners and printers

We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer with the following skills and experience:

• Use of 3D CAD (Solidworks, CATIA etc)
• Knowledge of producing models for CNC manufacturing
• 2-3 years experience working with an Engineering business
• Keen interest in Automotive / Motorsport!
