A well‑established specialist manufacturing business based in Totnes is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to support its growing logistics and warehouse operations. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will take ownership of day‑to‑day logistics activities, ensuring goods are accurately prepared, documented, and despatched efficiently. Key Responsibilities of the Logistics Coordinator

• Booking inbound arrivals into the facility as a Logistics Coordinator
• Packaging consignments for despatch across the globe
• Liaising with freight forwarders and UK shipping partners
• Managing warehouse stock, organisation, and inventory control
• Raising shipping and export documentation
• Supporting additional logistics and site activities as required by management

About You

To succeed in this Logistics Coordinator position, you will have:

• Previous experience in logistics and/or warehousing
• Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to train)
• Good IT skills (MRP systems advantageous)
• Strong organisation and time‑management skills
• A positive, can‑do attitude and a willingness to support the wider team
