Job Title: Inisher
Location: Telford
Pay Rate: £14.40 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shift
Contract Type: Temp to Perm

• Manual grinding, polishing, and finishing of metal parts
• Ensuring all work meets strict quality standards
• Collaborating with the fabrication team to deliver precision results

• Previous experience as an Inisher in a manufacturing or fabrication setting
• Skilled in hand-held finishing (not machine-based)
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable and able to work independently
