A leading international organisation is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join their dynamic operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to play a key role in supporting sales operations and delivering exceptional service across a global customer base.

The Role

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will act as the central point of contact between customers, sales, and internal departments, ensuring smooth order processing and high levels of customer satisfaction. You’ll support business operations, manage customer communication, and contribute to operational efficiency and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Coordinator

Order & Sales Support

  • Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and alignment with quotes
  • Liaise with internal teams (operations, engineering, compliance) to validate orders
  • Raise invoices and maintain accurate system records
  • Support CRM and order intake alignment

Customer Service & Coordination

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Provide timely updates on order status and delivery timelines
  • Manage and resolve customer issues through to completion
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Operational Support

  • Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor KPIs including order accuracy and turnaround times
  • Support continuous improvement of systems and processes
  • Participate in internal meetings and provide operational input
About You

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or sales coordination role
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Confidence using CRM, ERP or MRP systems
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
