Job Title: CNC Setter
Pay: £16.50–£20.00 per hour (PAYE), £22-£26 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract: 3 months with likely extension

Shifts:
- Early: 6:00am–2:15pm
- Middle: 2:00pm–10:15pm
- Night: 10:00pm–6:15am
We are looking for an experienced CNC Setter to join a busy engineering team on a 3‑month contract, with strong potential to extend.
Key Duties- Setting and running CNC machines
- Loading CNC programs and making minor modifications
- Working from engineering drawings
- Preparing tools and checking materials
- Running 1st offs and carrying out basic inspections
- Daily machine checks and preventative maintenance
- Deburring components and completing job sheets
- CNC knowledge (Fanuc/Siemens/Heidenhain)
- Good understanding of tools, materials, and machinery
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in automation, automotive, aerospace, pneumatics, inspection, or similar environments
