Job Type: Full-Time | Rotating Shifts (Monday to Friday)

We are seeking a skilled welder to join our growing team. If you have experience with welding and a strong attention to detail, this is an exciting opportunity to showcase your talents. As a welder, you will be responsible for producing high-quality work on a variety of metal components, contributing to the assembly of cutting-edge machinery.

Shift Pattern:

• Week 1: Monday to Friday, 5:45 AM – 1:45 PM
• Week 2: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Rotating weekly)

Welder Key Responsibilities:

• Perform welder duties using MIG, TIG, and ARC welding techniques.
• Accurately read and follow blueprints and technical drawings to complete welder tasks.
• Ensure all welds meet safety and quality standards.
• Conduct basic maintenance of welding equipment to ensure functionality for welder operations.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure production goals are met, and perform welder responsibilities safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment while performing welder tasks.

Welder Requirements:

• Proven experience as a welder, with knowledge of MIG, TIG, and ARC welding techniques.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical schematics.
• High level of precision and attention to detail in welder work.
• Physical stamina to work with heavy equipment and in various positions during welder duties.
• Welding certifications are a plus but not required.
