Service Engineer

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, installation, and maintenance services. This Field Service Engineer role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational success by troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

As a Field Service Engineer, your Key Responsibilities would be:

• Install, maintain, and repair equipment on site
• Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure product longevity and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical problems in the field.
• Provide training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Document service activities, including maintenance records and reports.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships through professional communication and timely service.

To qualify for the Field Service Engineer role, you would need:

• Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role.
• An understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in reading technical diagrams and manuals.
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to travel and work in various environments.
