Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Administrator:
- Update systems to ensure accurate and timely data.
- Prepare and distribute documentation for Service Engineers.
- Process completed jobs, raise invoices, and coordinate with accounts for billing.
- Draft and upload customer service reports.
- Handle calls and manage customer, supplier, and team queries.
- Utilize multiple online systems for efficient operations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Relationships of a Customer Service Administrator:
- Collaborate with Service Manager, Field Service Engineers, and Accounts.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers.
Qualifications & Skills or a Customer Service Administrator:
- Experience in an administrative position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong communication skills; written and verbal.
- Ability to work well independently and in a team.
- Self-motivated, with good problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
