As they continue to grow, they are seeking a talented and motivated Quality Engineer to join their team and contribute to our ongoing success.

Position Overview: As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products/services. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality control systems, conducting product/process audits, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality engineering principles, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Conduct product/process audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, root causes of quality issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide input to ensure products are designed for manufacturability and quality.
  • Support new product development projects by providing quality engineering expertise and guidance.
  • Provide training and support to employees on quality control procedures and techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in quality engineering or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of quality engineering principles, tools, and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, Six Sigma).
  • Experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100) and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, FAA) preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • ASQ certification (e.g., CQE, CSSBB) preferred.
