Orion is delighted to announce an opportunity to join our engineering client, located in the heart of Berkshire, as a Quality Engineer. This role is tailored for individuals eager to elevate their careers, whether you're currently at the Quality Inspector level seeking advancement or are new to Quality Engineering and seeking a platform to develop your expertise within the critical realm of manufacturing.

As a Quality Engineer, you will:

  • Drive Quality Improvement initiatives and Root Cause Corrective Action.
  • Enhance Quality Control processes and procedures.
  • Ensure comprehension and fulfillment of customer and Regulatory quality requirements.
  • Engage in hands-on inspection quality activities.

To be considered, you should be able demonstrate:

  • Experience in roles such as Quality Inspector, Senior Quality Inspector, or Quality Engineer.
  • Proficiency in mechanical manufacturing processes/methods.
  • Preferably, a qualification in an engineering-related field.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK (our client is unable to support sponsorship requirements).
  • Accessibility for daily commuting to the site (remote work not available immediately).
