**Key Responsibilities for the Production Team Leader are:**

'" **Oversee Day-to-Day Manufacturing Operations:**

Ensure the shop floor operates efficiently, meeting production schedules and maintaining high-quality standards.

'" **Strategic Manufacturing Development:**

Devise and implement manufacturing strategies to optimize processes, reduce costs, and boost overall productivity.

'" **Cross-Functional Coordination:**

Collaborate with kitting, inspection, logistics, and other cross-functional teams to achieve seamless workflow and timely product delivery.

'" **Team Leadership:**

Lead and supervise a team of manufacturing professionals, providing guidance, training, and conducting performance evaluations.

'" **Performance Analysis and Improvement:**

Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with the Operations Manager, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

'" **Innovation and Collaboration:**

Work closely with engineering teams to streamline manufacturing processes, introducing innovations and technology enhancements.

'" **Safety and Quality Compliance:**

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.

**Skills and Experience needed to be the successful Production Leader are:**

**Management Experience:**

Proven track record in managing teams and driving results.

**Lean Manufacturing Exposure:**

Experience in high-quality manufacturing and knowledge of Lean processes.

**Engineering/Mechanical Understanding:**

A broad understanding of engineering and mechanical principles.

**Visible Shop Floor Leadership:**

Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire on the shop floor.

**Computer Literacy:**

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and other relevant software.
