Due to an extended period of exponential growth, we are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our expanding design team.

About The Mechanical Design Engineer Role

You will be responsible for mechanical design and development of bespoke equipment and machines.

The Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Design and develop mechanical parts meeting standards and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure designs match project goals and schedules.
  • Use CAD software to craft precise models, considering materials and regulations.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and devise solutions.
  • Produce technical documentation and aid manufacturing.
  • Test prototypes and refine designs for reliability.
  • Provide technical assistance to production teams.
  • Stay updated on engineering trends.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Uphold high design standards for superior product quality.

A successful Mechanical Design Engineer will need:

  • 3 years of equipment design experience
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with relevant certifications.
  • Demonstrate prior experience in a hygienic equipment related sector.
  • Full Rights to work in the UK
