Service Engineer

Are you a Service Engineer looking for an inspiring new job opportunity?

We are working with a company looking for a new Service Engineer to join the team and travel around the country and the world to service and maintain the company's automated bespoke machinery and industrial equipment. This role will allow you to work in a friendly environment in the UK while having the opportunity to travel the globe.

The company we are working with is a world leader in the design, manufacture, installation, and management of automated machinery.

Responsibilities

  • Preplanned servicing of manual and automated machinery including inspection, cleaning, and inspection up to the company's standards.
  • Repairs, maintenance, and installation of manual and automated machinery.
  • System testing and commissioning
  • Carrying out detailed service reports and machinery-related documentation
  • The promotion of the company and services when on-site and when working with the client.

Requirements

  • Mechanical/Electrical qualified engineer.
  • Experience installing large capital equipment products.
  • Prior experience working with SCADA systems and PLCs.
  • Proficient in pneumatics, control systems, process valves, and instrumentation.
  • The ability to travel overseas when necessary.
