What will you be doing as their Engineering Administrator?
- Supporting our clients Spares and After-Market division by ensuring that there is the right volume of spare components and material to support the After-Market division of engineering.
- Review the engineering and productions workflow capacity to schedule and book-in jobs.
- Once a job is booked into the engineering teams workflow, monitor the progress of these allotted jobs and keep their customers updated with any potential changes to timescales/spec's etc.
- Using a Material Requirement Planning CRM to raise, update and complete works orders
What do you need to demonstrate in order to be shortlisted for the role of Engineering Administrator?
- Experience of working in a Manufacturing or Engineering environment where you have worked in Purchasing, Logisitcs, Production Planning, Engineering Administration or Manufacturing Support role.
- Ability to understand MRP systems
- Highly organised and diligent
- Good working knowledge of EXCEL
- Full right to work in the UK without any requirement for immediate or longer term sponsorship requirements. Our client cannot support sponsorship requests.
- Comfortably able to commute to their site in the above stated area, our client is not able to support relocation packages.
