Are you someone who enjoys helping customers with question and queries and consider yourself a problem solver? Do you have a background in manufacturing/engineering and have a strong dedicated attitude to improve and assist others with the capability to manage the change of priorities''enjoy working as part of a team as well as completing individual tasks and have experience in the manufacturing industry, then this is a position for you. Our client is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their highly motivated and driven team. You will be joining a secure and stable business that offers a great family-feel working environment.

As a Customer Service Coordinator , you will be;

  • A main point of contact for contract administration/organising site issues/contract issues/quotations then liaising the required next steps with senior management.
  • Accept and process all orders in an accurate and efficient manner in line with company procedures.
  • Liaise with all other departments to ensure resolutions of queries are delivered efficiently.
  • Monitor & review long-term contracts/agreements/order book reviews & policies, and then work with the program manager to carry out changes not covered by the contract.
  • Assist with providing weekly & monthly reports.

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will need;

  • A strong Customer Service background, ideally in an Aerospace/Manufacturing/Engineering environment
  • Experience with sales/sales correspondence, quotations(practices), pricing
  • Experience with handling challenging customers/situations/queries via teams/telephone and face to face
  • If you have experience in business contractual documentation, such as negotiations, dealing with queries, and invoice queries this will be highly advantageous for your application. (Desirable)
  • Strong experience with MRP/ERP systems as well as Microsoft office.
