Contract Project Engineer

We’re seeking a proactive and skilled Project Engineer to join our dynamic Projects and Engineering team on an initial 9 month contract. This is an excellent opportunity to take on diverse responsibilities, delivering innovative solutions in onshore and offshore environments.

About the Role:
As a Project Engineer, you will:

• Support project delivery by managing technical and administrative tasks.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate project activities to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Engage with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Perform engineering tasks, including creating specifications, reviewing technical drawings, and developing test procedures.
• Conduct site inspections and FAT inspections at client or vendor locations.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver high-quality results.

Key Skills and Experience of the Project Engineer:

• A degree in engineering, HND, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the offshore energy sector.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with a commitment to quality and deadlines.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Draftsight, or SolidWorks is advantageous.
• Certification for offshore installations (BOSIET/FOET) or GWO is desirable but NOT a must.
