Job Title: Administrator

Location: Wantage, Oxford

Salary: £23,000-£27,000 DOE

Orion Electrotech are working with a well-established company who are looking for an Administrator to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities as an Administrator:

  • Coordinate incoming support tickets and communicate with other internal teams.
  • Scheduling installation work and service visits.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, booking in hire vehicles, organising vehicle servicing.
  • Booking inventory orders.

Requirements as an Administrator:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ideally a background within the engineering industry.
