With Just over a month to go, Matt (one of our Recruitment Consultant from the Reading office) will be running the 2017 London Marathon for the first time.

Since the beginning of the year, he has been using up a lot of his spare time training for the event. He has been running several 10ks and has completed one of the two Half Marathons that he has signed up for. Matt will be running his second one at Reading this weekend, which we know he is feeling very positive about.

Matt has decided to run the 26.2 Miles to support The Salvation Army. With all the money raised, The Salvation Army will use it to go to all the many different causes that they are heavily involved in.

Many of the Orion staff have already sponsored Matt, but he still has a way to go until he reaches his £1,500 target. He would be hugely grateful if he could reach his target and more, before the London Marathon takes place in April.

You can visit his JustGiving page to find out more about why matt has chosen The Salvation Army as his charity of choice and you can also donate to the worthy cause. https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/Matthew-Hunter10
