Like a Radio Presenter, you might think that the best thing about a telephone interview is that you don’t have to worry about how you look…Even though this is the case you still need to be as well prepared as you would be if it was a face to face interview.

Workplace pension law is changing and every employer will have to act to fulfil their new legal duties.
The Pensions Act is designed to encourage a saving for retirement culture in the UK. This new legislation requires all employers to automatically enroll members of their workforce (depending on age and salary level) into a pension scheme that meets certain minimum standards. Employers are then required to make contributions to this pension scheme, in addition to the contribution made by their employees.

Never under estimate the importance of a 2nd interview, it is very easy to be lured in to a false sense of security particularly if it is described to you as just to pop in and meet the owner, director or boss or even more dangerous “it is just a formality”.
Do remember these three words: More, More, More. Compared to the first interview, a second interview will likely involve more preparation, more people, more questions, more intensity, and more pressure.
