Are you looking for your first job in recruitment?

It is widely acknowledge that the recruitment industry has a reputation for high turnover of staff, however Orion are pleased to say that we completely buck this trend and are proud to say that the average length of employment within Orion exceeds 8 years. How do we achieve this?

Employ the right people first time around 

In our opinion staff retention starts at the very beginning of the hiring process by making sure we fully evaluate a potential employee’s skills sets, attitude and motivation but most importantly we ensure their personality is a good fit into our business and company culture. Of course we understand that this works two ways and that a potential employee will want to fully evaluate Orion, the role, career opportunities, training and future prospects. We ensure that interviews are open and honest and will endeavor to offer you as much information as possible so that you can make a fully informed decision as to whether joining Orion is the right career move for you.

Potential employees will always go through a minimum two interview process and are likely to meet a Director and Senior Manager. All applicants will be expected to successfully complete a Thomas International Personality Profile.
