Staff Training
An integral part of our IS9001 Quality System is our investment and commitment to staff training. As a result of our industry leading training, previous recruitment experience is by no means a pre-requisite to joining Orion. Over 90% of our existing staff have been recruited as trainees from outside the industry and have been predominately home grown through our own in-house training and development programs. Whilst our in-house training is comprehensive and will add skills and ideas to the most experienced of recruitment professionals, we do recognise that from time to time we need to call on the expertise of specialist training companies to ensure our staff are up to-date on the latest employment industry legislation, recruitment techniques and market trends.
