We enjoy regular nights out locally and more up market social events including :-
- Corporate Hospitality at Premier League and Championship Football Clubs
- Corporate Hospitality at International Rugby and Motorsports Events
- Royal Ascot, Sandown and Newbury Races
- Weekends at Alton Tower
- Theatre Breaks
- Luxury River Boat Cruises
- Weekends at Health Spa’s (generally favoured by the girls)
Whilst it is not guaranteed we have in the past rewarded our staff and more often than not their partners at Xmas with weekend trips abroad e.g. Prague 2001, Amsterdam 2002, New York 2003, Paris 2004, Tallinn 2005, Rome 2006, Paris 2007, Barcelona 2008, High Wycombe 2009! (because of the recession we felt it was a bit more appropiate) and Edinburgh 2010

The Directors and Senior Management of Orion have a unique attitude when it comes to hiring staff for our business – we hire people we like. We have worked hard to ensure that we have great team spirit and that any internal grumblings are dealt with quickly and fairly. We would never compromise the great team spirit that runs throughout the heart of the business for the sake of profit.
