We are a privately owned business that was formed in 1996. We have built a solid and successful contract and permanent recruitment business purely through organic growth and now boast a turnover that will exceed £20 million in 2011. We operate from offices based in Reading and Aylesbury and are extremely proud to say that we now employ in excess of 60 high calibre personnel.
We offer both contract and permanent recruitment services throughout the UK across our four core market sectors which are Gas Recruitment, Engineering Recruitment, Rail Recruitment and Construction Recruitment. Within each division we employ dedicated personnel who in many instances have previously worked in the sector either as an engineer or as a specialist recruitment consultant.
Since our conception 15 years ago we have surpassed many milestones, our proudest achievement and the greatest testament to our service is that over 84% of our business is repeat business, where clients recognise the quality and cost effectiveness of our services. Additionally, we never rest on our laurels and know that "we are only as good as our last placement".
To underpin our committment to our clients and candidates we have always invested a high percentage of our profits back into advertising and attracting highly skilled and qualified engineering and technical professionals. By replenishing our candidate database we are able to continually offer our clients and candidates the highest quality permanent and contract recruitment services.
